Coffee Hour Instructions: It's easy! The Parish Life committee sets up the coffee maker and provides the juice – all the parishioner volunteer has to do is:
Provide "a snack or two" for about 50 people; plain items are good for about 20 kids.
Example: 2 dozen bagels for adults and a dozen plain for kids or some combination.
Set up using paper or cloth tablecloths and table.
Clean up (completely).
Wash OK, no dry necessary.
Tie up garbage and put in dumpster.
